Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a full-time Unarmed Retail Security Officer in Phoenix, AZ 85008. Weekend and holiday availability is required. The ideal candidate has experience in security or customer service, with state training/licensing assistance potentially available.

You will patrol on foot or by Marksman vehicle to deter theft and vandalism. Responsibilities include inspecting entry points, patrolling premises, and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Patrol the interior and exterior of the property and several buildings to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.
• Report alarms or request police, paramedics or fire departments in case of emergency.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Deter criminal activity and misconduct.
• Maintain awareness and familiarity with the site‑specific operations and post orders.
• Lock and unlock areas according to the site’s opening and closing procedures.

We are hiring immediately for a Security Patrol Officer in Phoenix, AZ. You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and deterring vandalism, thefts or any other criminal behavior. Patrols may be completed on foot, or by a Marksman vehicle.
