Job summary

Hilton Honolulu seeks a part-time Security Officer to help keep guests safe and create a welcoming environment. You will patrol interior and exterior areas, monitor for safety risks, and document incidents with clear reports.

Ideal candidates have a Hawaii Security Guard Card, at least 2 years in security and 12 months of customer service. Shifts include varied AM/PM/overnight hours, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Security Guard Card is required.
• At least 2 years of security officer experience.
• 12 months of customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to identify safety and security risks.
• Assist with investigations and document findings.
• Maintain accurate security reports and records.

Current Valid Hawaii Security Guard Card.

2 years security officer experience.

12 months customer service background.

Shift Pattern: Varied – AM PM Overnight. Open availability required includes weekdays, weeknights, overnight, weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions

• Assist with investigations: Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents

• Maintain accurate documentation: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of security reports and records

• Respond to emergencies: Assist in handling safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats

• Provide exceptional guest assistance: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
