Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Security Officer to join our team! This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes recommended hotel in Indiana, this 23-story tower features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three dining outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

• Classification: On-call
• Shift: Various – availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify safety and security risks
• Respond to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical issues, and threats
• Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents
• Prepare reports and document incidents accurately
• Assist guests by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
