Job summary

Marksman Security in Florida is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to protect properties across Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach and surrounding areas. Roles include patrols, access control, and resident assistance.

Minimum 18+, HS diploma, valid Florida Security D license and driver's license. Must pass background check and drug test. Weekend and holiday availability required; bilingual a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and training.

Responsibilities

• Rover: Foot/vehicle patrols, detect suspicious activity, prevent vandalism, theft, and other incidents.
• Gatehouse: Control access, verify IDs, log visitors/vehicles, announce guests, and monitor entry points.
• Front Desk: Greet guests, manage access control, monitor CCTV, handle visitor logs, and assist residents.

Unarmed Security Officer – North Broward, FL

Locations: Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach

Multiple positions available

Schedule: Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00/hr
