Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for North Broward, FL, with duties across Coral Springs, Parkland, Pompano Beach, and Deerfield Beach. This role requires weekend and holiday availability and pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Multiple positions are available, focusing on patrols, gatehouse access, and front desk responsibilities. Applicants must be 18+, hold a Florida Security D License, a valid Florida Driver’s License, and pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Rover: conduct foot/vehicle patrols, detect suspicious activity and prevent vandalism, theft, and other incidents
• Gatehouse: control access, verify IDs, log visitors/vehicles, announce guests, monitor entry points
• Front Desk: greet guests, manage access control, monitor CCTV, handle visitor logs, assist residents
