Qualifications

• Active PPSB license required.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Must be over 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Extensive screening process will be passed.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity while guiding them to appropriate locations.
• Manage access control for facilities.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and inspect security equipment.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid when needed, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document security concerns.
• Prepare and file incident reports and communicate security issues to supervisors.
• Ensure the safety of people and property at assigned sites.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Mebane, NC
• Available Set Schedules: Seasonal/Temp - Hire
  • 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift
    • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Friday - Tuesday (40 hours a week)
    • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Wednesday - Sunday (40 hours a week)
• Permanent Shift Available:
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday- Thursday (40 hours a week)
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Wednesday - Sunday (40 hours a week)
• Competitive hourly wage:

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be over the age of 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
