GardaWorld Security in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Security Officer – Concierge to emphasize customer service, access control and patrols in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• CPR First Aid & AED or willingness to obtain.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Wilmington, NC
• Full-Time Schedules Available
  • Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday - Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM = 32 hour shift
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 40 hour shift
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM = 40 hour
  • Monday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM = 32 hours
  • Monday - Friday 06:00 AM - 2:00 PM = 40 hour shift
• Part Time Schedules Available
  • Friday - Saturday 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM = 16 hour shift

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license.

• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
