Securitas Inc. is seeking a Flex Security Officer to provide security across multiple client sites, including Portland, OR. The role offers a wage of $22.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and weekly pay each Thursday.

The officer will patrol premises, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed by all on site. Prior security experience is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have at least 6 months previous security experience.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
