Job summary

United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for the morning shift in Dallas, TX. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule and a 1st shift designation, with weekends noted.

The officer will greet guests, assist tenants, and patrol the property to ensure safety and security. Compensation is $19 per hour, with eligibility for standard benefits. Applicants should deliver strong customer service, maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, and communicate

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Officer will be greeting guests and tenants in an assigned lobby.
• Officer will ensure any questions or concerns by tenants are answered or sent to property management for further guidance
• Officer will be actively patrolling the property utilizing electronic tour system
• Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
• Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
• Being open to learning new things.
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
• Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Have excellent communications skills.
