Join Northeast Security Inc. as a Security Officer - Mon-Fri - Part-Time $21.35.

Position Details

Location: Lexington, MA

Pay Range: $21.35/hr (starting rate)

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 2:00PM-6:00PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and remain on post at all times.
• Oversee the entire site and respond to emergency situations such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, and snowstorms.
• Ensure all security personnel comply with security procedures and policies.
• Conduct audits and inspections, review reports, and ensure timely notification of incidents.
• Maintain effective communication and team coordination.
• Support management in employee relations and training updates.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members.
• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices.
• High school diploma or GED; prior security or concierge experience preferred.
• Dependable transportation and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
