Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders while supporting a professional presence throughout the location.

Job Description

As a Security Officer - Mobile Rover Unarmed in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
