As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol a retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Wed 05:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with store personnel, customers, and responding public service agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
