Allied Universal in Prineville, OR is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver for day shift at a technology-focused site. You will conduct patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work day shifts on a schedule that includes weekends. The position pays $19.75 per hour and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and actions through required reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, patrol findings, and unusual conditions accurately and promptly, and elevate matters to site leadership and/or emergency responders as appropriate.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
