Allied Universal in Sharon Hill, PA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol CPR Readiness to provide reliable, scheduled hours at a designated site with the ability to pick up extra shifts for more earnings.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with DayTime schedule: Mon 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Anchor shifts provide a stable base; the Earn More program lets you increase hours across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 12:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
