Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures per site requirements.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $16.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
