GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Officer in Austin, TX. The role focuses on keen observation, detailed scanning, and patrolling varied environments. You will verify identities, control access, and respond rapidly to incidents while maintaining on-site safety and documentation.

Candidates must meet U.S. work authorization, be 21+, pass background/drug checks, and have a HS Diploma or GED. A Texas Security License is required or obtainable, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years of age or older as required by law
• Pass background and drug screen
• Provide High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Stand and walk for the entire shift
• Professional and well groomed
• Work in outside conditions
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – Required
• Texas Security License or ability to obtain one

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Schedule 1: Tuesday -Friday 3 PM -11 PM ( 40 Hours / Full Time)

• Able to pass both a background and drug screen
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Able to be professional and well groomed
• Able to work in outside conditions
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – Required for this role!
• You have a Texas Security License or able to obtain one
• You must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
