Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and Team Members in a friendly, open manner.
  • Conduct oneself in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members.
  • Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort.
  • Have contact with casino guests, providing or receiving information or during confrontational situations.
  • Use effective approaches to choose a course of action or develop appropriate solutions to issues.
  • Maintain open communications with supporting job positions and departments to fulfill daily job functions.
  • Patrols and checks internal and outside perimeters of casino.
  • Check guest IDs and observe suspicious behavior of Team Members and guests and report such activity as necessary.
  • Ensure that underage guests are not on casino gaming floor and stay in appropriate areas of casino.
  • Safeguard casino guests, Team Members, and assets by guarding doors and observing sensitive areas.
  • Provide security escorts for cash transactions and for entrances to sensitive areas as needed.
  • Transport fills and credits to and from casino gaming areas, and auditing from cashier’s cage.
  • Prepare security reports describing activities and incidents.
  • Provide assistance as necessary to casino guests.
  • Attend all meetings and complete required training satisfactorily.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Work at other properties as needed.
  • Perform all other duties assigned within the scope of the position.

Job Summary: Guards casino property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry, and safeguards all casino Team Members, guests and assets by performing any combination of following duties.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet s all guests and Team Members in a friendly, open manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
