Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports and communicate information to site leadership.

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
