Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying designated contacts.
• Maintain professional communication with employees, contractors, and visitors while supporting confidentiality requirements and a professional reception environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
