• Respond to incidents, access concerns and critical situations calmly and per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify issues.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for staff, visitors and vendors.
• Document observations and communicate findings to leadership and site contacts.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
• Wed: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
• Sun: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
