Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Incident Prevention Patrol in Justin, TX, to patrol and safeguard a manufacturing and industrial facility. You will provide frontline customer service, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while maintaining a visible presence.

The role is full-time with an hourly pay of $20.00. You will perform day and night shifts as listed, and must meet minimum requirements, including age, education, background check, and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and report maintenance concerns or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
