Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, team members, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare and retail areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors, deliveries, and vendor interactions per site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $22.85 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, team members, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare and retail areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, delivery, and vendor interactions in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
