Montage Big Sky, located in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking a Security Officer III to help maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and associates at the resort. You will patrol interiors and exteriors, respond to calls, monitor CCTV, and assist with training new staff, delivering WOW moments for guests.

Ideal candidates have First Aid/ CPR certification and CLSO preferred, with at least one year of experience; flexibility to work weekends/holidays in a luxury hotel setting is required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• At least 1 year of experience, or equivalent external experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet and relay tracking; assist CCTV operations.

Your Journey

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout Resort, checking for unsecured doors and rooms, trespassers, unauthorized people in restricted areas and safety hazards.
• Respond to all guest and associate calls while on patrol, making emergencies a top priority.
• Maintain the security office and fire panel.
• Responsible for Fleet Tracking, Relay Tracking
• Act as subject matter expert for the CCTV monitors, Key Watcher Programing, Key programing / issuing / integrations
• Will assist in oversight of the changing and programing of locks on all doors including core changes,
• Act as the Fire Alarm Stewart
• Assist with the training team with new associates
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves

• First Aid / CPR Certification, preferred
• CLSO (Certified Lodging Security Officer Certification, preferred
• High school or equivalent education required
• At least 1 year of experience, or equivalent external experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with excellent communication skillsLuxury hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements

• Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the hotel on a timely basis
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
