Chickasaw Nation is seeking a security guard to protect facilities, respond to incidents, and support safety and reporting across assigned locations. The role includes customer service, patrols, de-escalation, reporting, and coordination with team members and management.

Essential duties include maintaining confidentiality, following regulations, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and employees. Training and background checks are required for eligibility and continued employment.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year directly related experience is preferred.
• Must be over 18 years old and pass background checks.
• Phase I and Phase II investigations and gaming license/permit as required by position.

Responsabilités

• Provide first class customer service to internal and external customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Complete training and development requirements and participate in continuing education.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and a safe environment.
• Communicate via radio and with team members, guests and management.
• Prepare incident reports and monitor guest and staff safety as assigned.
• Escort patrons or guests and monitor drop team and money carts as needed.
