Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent GED. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and have basic computer skills.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Must be 21 or older to be covered under NRHS insurance. Valid Oklahoma driver's license required. Must complete training in legal issues, force continuum, handcuffing techniques, and O.C. pepper spray within one year of employment or have current supporting training. Full-time employment may require notary certification. Must hold a current CLEET Unarmed Security License or obtain it within one year of hire. Must complete IAHSS Basic certification within 1 year of hire. Must complete MANDT de-escalation training within 1 year of hire. Must complete ICS training modules during the first 30 days of training.
