Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Identity Validation with a DoD Secret Clearance for our Palm Bay, FL location. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and maintain access-control records while delivering professional service to employees and visitors.

The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain access-control records in accordance with site requirements.
• Control access to restricted areas and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Pay Rate: $19.53 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
