Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, handle moderate lifting, work in all weather conditions.
• Must meet all preemployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
