Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation invites you to join our security team in Albuquerque as a Security Officer I. You will help protect company assets, minimize risk, and maintain a safe working environment for staff, contractors, and visitors.

This is a highly interactive role requiring strong communication and incident reporting. Training will be provided; prior law enforcement or security experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant security experience or training.
• Ability to communicate clearly and act as a first responder in emergencies.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing security training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team to identify and respond to potential threats; monitor surveillance.
• Prepare and maintain written incident reports using the electronic system.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Assist staff, contractors, and visitors to maintain a safe environment.
