What you'll do:

  1. Mentor and train new security officers, sharing your expertise and ensuring consistent high-quality performance.
  2. Provide input on employee performance evaluations and contribute to team development.
  3. Assist in scheduling, workflow management, and maintaining supply levels.
  4. Help implement new procedures and train staff on new systems and technologies.
  5. Support your team in resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  6. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
