Make a difference in the lives of others. You'll play a vital role in protecting our patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment across our hospital campuses and clinics. What You'll Do

• Patrol buildings and grounds, deterring crime and identifying potential hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Monitor security systems and control access to facilities.
• De-escalate conflicts and, when necessary, use approved restraint techniques (training provided).
• Maintain detailed and accurate records.

Prior security, healthcare, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus, but not required! A valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
