Allied Universal in Nashville, TN is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Security Driver. This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work day and night shifts, and a focus on patient and staff safety within a hospital environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Assist with visitor access procedures, directions, and access control in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Hospital Security Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol hospital areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide compassionate customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities may include supporting access control, responding to sensitive situations, and assisting with morgue-related duties and patient restraints. What You'll Do:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
