Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Hospital Clinical Patrol in Irvine, CA to safeguard clients across facilities. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Hospital Clinical Patrol in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or property concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
