Applicants should be 21+, authorized to work in the U.S., and capable of standing and walking throughout shifts. A valid driver's license and High School Diploma or GED are required; first aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
• Set schedule: We have 6 different shifts available
  • Full-time, 1st shift, Friday through Monday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Full-time, 1st shift Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 2nd shift, Saturday and Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Full-time, 2nd shift, Tuesday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. , Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Full- time, 2nd shift Tuesday through Thursday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. , Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Full-time, 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
  • Full- Time, 3rd shift, Thursday through Monday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processFirst aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
