GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Marinette, Wisconsin. You will focus on customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities and guiding guests in office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments.

Position is full-time with a 2nd shift (1 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Competitive pay at $17/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and uniform provided. A $250 WI new-hire incentive applies to eligible license holders after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer use.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and guiding visitors; verify identity and assist guests.
• Manage access control to facilities.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone; written incident reports.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
