Job Description

As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrols in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting staff and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in all interactions.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $26.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day	Time
Fri	03:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sun	07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the healthcare environment.
• Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general information as needed.
• Document and communicate incidents and daily activities according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• California Guard Card is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
