Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking Security Officers to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and assets across our casino properties. Officers will patrol, monitor security systems, respond to emergencies, and deliver excellent guest service in a professional manner.

Unarmed Officers may use non-lethal weapons and must complete company training and related examinations, including a Security Officer Academy, to maintain certification and readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully complete Security Officer Academy.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate vehicles, radios, and security equipment.

Responsibilities

• Patrol property and monitor security systems.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Provide professional guest service and de-escalate conflicts.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate effectively.
