A prominent hospitality company in Gulf Shores is seeking a Security Guard responsible for maintaining safety and security on the property. This role involves monitoring access points, managing daily logs and reports, as well as ensuring emergency protocols are followed. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with excellent customer service and communication skills, and be available for varied shifts including nights and weekends. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills that include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated to handle guest, owner or team member issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of team members, guests, owners, and vendors.
• Maintain reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Summon EMT, police or fire departments in case of emergencies.
