Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver services reflecting company values and site orders.
• Write detailed and accurate reports using company tech during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow instructions and dress code.
• Interact with internal and external customers to build trust.
• Report incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Care for assigned Signal equipment (radios, keys/cards, vehicles).
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet daily benchmarks and communicate client needs to ensure efficiency.
