Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property; verify visitor/vendor authorization and report unusual conditions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain professional presence and communicate with property management, tenants, visitors, and first responders as needed.
