Job summary

Titan Security Group in Howe, IN is hiring Security Officers to protect people and property near Howe, Indiana and Sturgis, Michigan. You will patrol on foot and by vehicle, manage access for patrons and vendors, monitor cameras, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Prior security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.
