GardaWorld Security Services seeks a Surveillance Security Officer in Las Vegas to monitor multiple screens, spot threats, and report on activity. You will perform patrols, enforce access control, and respond quickly to incidents in a dynamic security environment.

The role emphasizes sharp observation, prompt reporting, and strong customer service within an upscale HOA setting. A valid PILB, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility for holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of security, military, or law enforcement in an upscale HOA.
• Current PILB on hand.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work on holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a priority.
• Answer phones professionally at the site.
• Observe and survey the area and report activity at the location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and interactions.
• Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards as needed.
• Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols safely.
• Control access at the gatehouse by checking IDs and handling deliveries.

What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Set schedule: Full-Time Shifts.
• Shift: Swing: 2pm-10pm: Friday to Tuesday.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17 for booth to 18.25 for patrol / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities Of Surveillance Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• That you can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols in a safe manner.
• You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Guard

• You have at least a copy of a high school diploma or (GED) in hand.
• You have 2 years Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, in an upscale HOA Community.
• You have a current PILB on hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
• You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• You have strong work ethic!
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
