United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Security Officer for a high-rise office building garage in Houston. This part-time morning shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) focuses on safety, access control, and courteous service to tenants, employees, vendors and visitors.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional security role (garage or similar environment preferred).
• MUST live within 20 miles of site - 77079.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods, including in outdoor conditions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Solid judgment and the ability to de-escalate situations when needed.

Responsibilities
