Securitas USA is hosting open interviews for Security Officers at 919 S 7th St., Suite 207, Bismarck, ND 58504. Walk-ins are welcome; interview slots run 10AM–1PM on 9/16. The wage range is $19.50–$25.00 per hour, with opportunities across North Dakota.

As a Security Officer, you will monitor premises, control access, perform patrols, and provide service to clients and guests. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership.
• Ability to work independently.
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.
• Professional demeanor and escalation skills.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Some positions prefer security experience.
• CPR and FA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with clients and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Follow post orders and complete rounds.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shifts.
• Conduct property tours.
