Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.71 - $19.71 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Serve as the primary front desk contact, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area and report unusual activity, access concerns, or security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
