Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Response Patrol in Lexington, KY. The role includes patrolling, safeguarding clients, and delivering strong customer service at a technology-focused location.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus eligibility for a background check and drug screen. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and you must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles).

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with directing guests and maintaining a professional workplace environment.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs accurately and timely.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Response Patrol in Lexington, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
