As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Site Protection in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
