Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid) in Kissimmee, FL. You will monitor and patrol hotel and resort areas, deter incidents, assist guests and staff, and report incidents with professionalism.

The role requires 2+ years of security experience, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible schedule with day and night shifts; background check and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hotel and resort grounds, guest-access areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs while communicating with hotel staff and emergency responders.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid in Kissimmee, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests, visitors, and team members with professionalism and care. You will report observations, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with hotel staff and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
