Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and personnel following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and report observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor/contractor activity, communicating unusual conditions to staff.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports and shift documentation as required.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Compliance in Millbrae, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns at an assigned location. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, caring, and integrity-driven culture through teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the property, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access to the location, observe visitor and contractor activity, and communicate unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.


• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
