As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Support in Auburn, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
