As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver License Compliance in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, observe and report unusual conditions, and maintain awareness of activity throughout assigned areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
